Artist's Comments

One of the baddest tanks of World War II...the German King Tiger, or Tiger II (or Royal Tiger), armed with an 88mm main gun, thick armor that was well angled for protection...it was one bad boy on the battlefield. Good thing the Germans didn't have these in bulk, or we'd have all had a bad day. ^_^

Taken at Fort Knox's Patton Museum, so I apologize for image quality beforehand. The camera was slighlty confused about what to take.

I believe there's one in a museum in Germany, but I cannot say with any certainty if that's true or not.
